About Me
Anthony Zacks is a compassionate and dedicated clinician specializing in couples therapy, sex therapy, men in crisis, and supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
I work with couples seeking to rebuild trust, improve communication, strengthen emotional and physical intimacy, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. In sex therapy, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space to address concerns related to sexual dysfunction, intimacy issues, compulsive sexual behaviors, addiction, and emotional disconnection.
I also support men facing personal crises, career stress, relationship difficulties, family pressures, identity concerns, and major life transitions, helping them process challenges that are often difficult to discuss openly. Prior to becoming a mental health clinician, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world, giving me firsthand insight into the stress, pressure, and complex challenges faced by managers and senior executives. I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can openly share their concerns and feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
In addition, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, addiction, and other emotional difficulties, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful personal growth. I completed over 800 clinical internship hours at Arbour Hospital, a psychiatric hospital specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and addiction.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, a accredited institution for counseling education. I also hold an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, one of the world’s leading business schools, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and certification as a personal trainer. My background in sports and fitness has shaped my understanding of the strong connection between physical health and mental well-being, recognizing the importance of balance, resilience, and overall wellness in everyday life.
