Sex Therapy
Sex therapy provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples to openly discuss intimacy, sexuality, and relationship concerns that are often difficult or uncomfortable to talk about. Many people experience shame, anxiety, fear, or embarrassment surrounding sexual issues, and my goal is to create an environment where clients feel respected, understood, and comfortable exploring these concerns without judgment.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. I believe that emotional connection, communication, past experiences, stress, and relationship dynamics can all influence sexual well-being. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, healthier communication, improved intimacy, and a more fulfilling and connected relationship with oneself and others.
I work with clients experiencing sexual dysfunction, premature ejaculation, delayed arousal or sensation, erectile difficulties, compulsive sexual behaviors, intimacy challenges, performance anxiety, emotional disconnection, and concerns related to desire and communication. I also provide affirming and inclusive support for individuals and couples within the LGBTQ+ community.
