My Approach

I believe that every client is unique, and there is no “one-size-fits-all” or cookie-cutter approach to therapy. I tailor each treatment plan based on the individual needs, goals, personality, and life experiences of every client. My therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based approaches.

Most importantly, I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their challenges, concerns, and difficulties openly. This is especially important for couples and families experiencing communication issues, individuals struggling with intimacy or sexual concerns, and clients facing emotional stress, relationship conflicts, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
