Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and personal challenges. Therapy can help individuals better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and navigate difficult life experiences with greater clarity and confidence.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, addiction, grief, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Most importantly, I strive to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable openly discussing their concerns at their own pace.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I believe that each person’s experiences, especially during childhood, play an important role in shaping how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. By understanding these patterns and experiences, clients can gain greater self-awareness, heal from past wounds, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others.
