Men in Crisis Support

Many men experience pressure to remain strong, successful, and emotionally in control, often making it difficult to openly discuss stress, fear, vulnerability, or personal struggles. Men in crisis therapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space where clients can openly explore the challenges they are facing without judgment.

Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gain greater self-awareness, improve communication, manage stress more effectively, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. Most importantly, I focus on creating a space where men feel heard, understood, and comfortable discussing topics that are often difficult to talk about openly.

I work with men experiencing career stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship difficulties, family conflict, divorce, identity concerns, addiction, intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction, aging concerns, and major life transitions. Many men also struggle with feelings of isolation, emotional disconnection, changing family roles, or the pressure of balancing work, relationships, and personal responsibilities. Together, we work to better understand these challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and build emotional resilience.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each individual’s unique experiences and goals. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),
